Data we collect
Yono game collects only the data needed to run the directory and to respond to support requests. The data is stored on the yonogame888.com origin.
Cookies
The directory uses a strictly-necessary cookie category by default. Optional categories (analytics, marketing, preferences) are off by default. Visitors can change the cookie choice from the Cookie Settings button in the footer.
Support messages
Support messages are routed through the yono game support inbox at /contact/. Messages are stored against the ticket storage prefix defined in the support-contact-contract. Polling runs every 5 seconds to retrieve replies.
Sharing
Yono game does not sell or rent personal data. Visitor data is shared only with the strictly necessary processors that operate the directory.
Rights
Visitors can request access, correction or deletion of their data by opening a support request at Contact.

What is stored on your device
The directory stores a strictly-necessary cookie category by default. The optional analytics, marketing and preferences cookies are off by default and can be enabled from the Cookie Settings button in the footer. No fingerprinting, no third-party advertising pixels and no cross-site tracking scripts run on this origin.
How long data is kept
Support tickets are kept for 24 months after the last reply so the desk can resume a ticket on a return visit. Cookie preferences are kept for 12 months; after that, the panel resets to the default and the visitor is asked again. Server logs are kept for 30 days for security and abuse investigation.
Children
The directory is not directed at minors. The directory never knowingly collects personal information from anyone under the age required by local law for real-money play. If a parent or guardian believes a minor has submitted a support message, open Contact and the desk will remove the record.
