How the support desk works

The yono game support desk is the in-product live support widget at /contact/. The widget uses the yonogame888.com identity, stores each ticket against that identity and polls the yono game support inbox every 5 seconds for replies.

  1. Open /contact/ or tap the live support button.
  2. Enter your name, your email and your message. The widget creates a support ticket stored against the yonogame888.com identity.
  3. The widget polls the inbox every 5 seconds and shows replies in the conversation.
  4. You can leave the support widget and come back: the ticket id is stored in your browser under support_ticket_yonogame888.com and the access key under support_key_yonogame888.com.

What the desk can help with

  • Install route issues, package name verification, source status
  • Account and verification steps for a specific studio app
  • Catalogue corrections and provider catalogue changes
  • Safety questions, permissions review and uninstall guidance
